Tony Cooper is the President, General Manager and Director of Services at Aurora Polaris Group.  As a proud Atlanta native, Tony has held local and regional management positions with companies such as Pep Boys, The Hertz Corporation and Horizon Services Group.  He holds a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of West Georgia, Richards College of Business.  As a manager and consultant, he brings over 20 years of forward facing customer service experience in both retail and fleet maintenance.  Tony has also used his well developed technical and analytical skillsets in manufacturing MRO consulting, where he has helped reduce production line downtime to improve manufacturing efficiences and create new revenue opportunities by developing and implementing recycling and repurposing programs.  As an active supporter of community programs, he has also held leadership positions as president and vice president of local athletic and mentoring organizations, with recognition from the Cobb County Department of Recreation, as a 2004 Volunteer of the Year award recipient.

Donna Davis Cooper is the Vice President and Director of Technical Services at Aurora Polaris Group.   Donna holds a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University and brings a broad spectrum of experience and capabilities to Aurora Polaris Group.  Those capabilities include Systems Analysis and Design, multi industry project management and large systems implementations including multi pronged systems integrations.  As a native of Washington, DC, Donna’s career began in the public sector at the U.S. Department of Agriculture and at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).   In the private sector, along with the extensive Fortune 100  Information Technology experience, Donna spent over a decade in accounting and portfolio management  which drives a very value focused strategic approach at Aurora Polaris Group.  As a small business consultant, Donna has been instrumental in launching several small companies, from  business entity formation to image/brand development and strategic planning consulting.  Donna is a passionate community servant, working frequently on Habitat for Humanity projects and she is also a part of a professional partnership tutoring program at M. Agnes Jones Elementary school in Atlanta, Georgia .  In 2003 she was  the recipient of the Parent of the Year award from the South Cobb Youth Association, recognized for outstanding service to the association and children in the Cobb County community.   Donna is also an active blogger and encourages conversation through her Unexpected Blessings project at www.donnadaviscooper.com.
