As a strategic partner and advisor to families, organizations and leaders, Cathy has led hundreds of projects that accelerate growth, resolve issues and reboot performance. She works extensively with family owned enterprises, coaching multiple generations of leaders, successors and their businesses.
Since 1985, Cathy has coached thousands of executives and worked in strategy development and business design in virtually every industry, including professional services, airlines, healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, telecommunications, real estate, IT, distribution, pharmaceuticals, retail, communications, finance/banking, etc. She has received grants to provide executive coaching to Cabinet Members of the Governor and the Mayor and was the recipient of sole sourced federal grants to counsel high-ranking executives in oil and gas and airlines industries. Along with her global partners, she was awarded contracts to coach business executives throughout the world.

Her groundbreaking work in organization design, the Service Structure©, has been responsible for whole-systems transformational change and cultural revitalization in numerous organizations. This proprietary method builds throughput-based® behavioral systems and has been credited with transforming culture, healing longstanding issues and improving profitability.
Cathy is a Certified Management Consultant* (Institute of Management Consultants), an MBA, a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Honorary Society, a Fellow in the Family Firm Institute, and a member of the International Women’s Forum. She frequently serves as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Denver’s School of Professional Psychology. She has post graduate training from the Bowen Institute in Family Systems Theory, Comparative Theories of Family Therapy at The University of Denver, and worked with Karl Albrecht in implementing his theories of Service
Management©. She has designed and delivered coursework to train professionals in “The Art and Science of Executive Coaching” and as a Fellow in the Family Firm Institute has mentored varied professionals in the field of family systems.
Her work in the field of Throughput Management® brings into focus the need for agility in light of 21st century business realities, and her book, Throughput: the Structure of Flow is expected to be published in 2017.
Along with international associates Daniel Cohen and Neil Johnston, she developed innovations in leadership thought called Nomadic Leadership©, correlating 21st century leadership characteristics with the nomadic leaders of old.
